Jacob “Jake” Doleshal joined Brown & Ruprecht in 2020 after practicing law for 20 years in Jackson County, Johnson County, and the Kansas City metro area. Jake is licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas. Jake’s practice emphasizes Construction Litigation, Liens and Surety/Fidelity Litigation. Jake also has decades of experience in Insurance Defense and Complex Commercial Civil Litigation. Jake has a broad base of experience that lends itself to representing general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in commercial construction and mechanic’s lien disputes throughout Missouri and Kansas. Jake has litigated and tried cases in both State and Federal Court with great success for both plaintiffs and defendants.
